The cost of locksmith services depends on the service being provided, where it's performed, and when it's needed. But, you can still get quotes in advance for most straightforward locksmith services like vehicle lockouts or residential and commercial rekeying services.
In an effort to make things even simpler, Foxhound Locksmith offers flat rate pricing for most common locksmith services and created this Price List below for your reference. Give us a call, and we'll be happy to provide you with a quote over the phone wherever possible!

Price List
Service Call: $55 - $85
Locksmiths typically charge a “Service Call” fee to cover the technician’s travel to your location. It’s essentially a “Trip Charge” that accounts for the time and distance involved in making the round trip. Give us a call—we’ll be happy to quote you a flat rate service call based on your location!
Vehicle Lockout [Standard]: $79-$95
To make pricing simple, Foxhound Locksmith offers flat rate pricing for vehicle lockouts. The above pricing includes the Service Call fee, labor, and tax. No hidden fees! No Surprises! Ever!
Vehicle Lockout [High Security]: $95-$125
Later models of Toyota, Lexus, BMW, and others have higher security features that make bypassing your vehicle locks more difficult. While slightly more expensive than standard, these prices include the Service Call fee, labor, and tax. That's the total cost! No guesswork!
Commercial Vehicle Lockout: $89-$179
Our flat-rate pricing for vehicle lockouts applies to commercial drivers too. From box trucks to 18-wheelers, we’ve got you covered.

Residential Lockout: $95-$125
Foxhound Locksmith offers flat-rate pricing for residential lockouts as well. This price includes both the service call and the labor required to get you back into your home.
In extremely rare cases where multiple locks must be picked or bypassed to regain entry, please add $39.99 for each additional lock.
Commercial Lockout: Call for Quote
If you're locked out of your business or office, give us a call so we can give you an accurate quote based on the hardware and systems we will be bypassing for you. Higher security hardware and systems may require on-site diagnosis and determinations subject to Service Call rates.
Residential Rekey [Standard]: $19.99-$25/lock
A standard rekey assumes you have a basic Kwikset (or similar) residential grade lock installed in your home, and you have a currently working key for the lock. If your situation is non-standard, please call us for a quote over the phone or on-site assessment if required.
Commercial Rekey [Standard]: $36/lock
A standard commercial rekey assumes you have a lever or deadbolt with a common and supported keyway along with a working key to pull your cylinder. It is always best to call for a quote for commercial services, as we have an internal $18 per "sophistication point system" to help us get as close as possible to flat pricing for our commercial clients too!
Residential Lock Installation [Standard]: $45/lock
Standard residential lock installations assume your door and door jamb are already drilled, prepped and aligned for a new Kwikset, Schlage, or similar lock to be installed. This includes removing your old standard residential lock too!
Commercial Lock Installation [Standard]: $55-$75/lock
Standard commercial lock installation examples include changing the mortise lock on commercial narrow style doors or installing standard commercial grade deadbolts or levers. If you believe your situation or lock is non-standard, please call us for a quote or to make arrangements for an estimate on site.
Padlock Removal / Storage Unit Lockout: $79-$125
